7-day exchange
You may exchange a watch within 7 days of delivery provided it is unworn, with all protective stickers and tags intact, and returned with its original box, papers and accessories.
How to request an exchange
Contact our concierge by WhatsApp, phone or email with your order number. We will arrange insured collection from your address at no cost.
Exclusions
Sized bracelets, engraved pieces, gift cards and limited editions are not eligible for exchange unless faulty.
Faulty items
If a watch arrives faulty, we will replace it or refund it in full, including any express shipping fees.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer.
